I realised I'd not eaten so was keen on food not the ice cream or snacks beloved of seaside resorts. Found a place where it seems everything was off and via a German speaker ("mine doitch ist nicht zo goot") I somehow ended up with two rubbish burgers. At least the beer is OK (Efes). They could do with pulling the plug on the bloke bawling out Turkish classics at the bar at full volume. There's some culture you can do without.
