Hotel Sonali Regency (**),Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh,IN. 18:10. It started cold and then I went N on the road for no explicable reason. Then a hard day negotiating some tough roads:lots of potholes, little respite, very little English. One thing about heading either inland or a bit S is that the locals are no longer wrapped in jumpers, hats, scarves and blankets. This is good as the tigers are up in the hills and I didn't fancy the cold. A cheery aspect of the local dress is the headwear for the men. Like a bed-sheet escape rope rolled round and round to resemble an exotic globe lampshade in all sorts of colours including shocking pink!
