Q Is. is a desert island as in a bit of the desert not lower than the surrounding water. Do not think palm trees. Dhow construction dominates hamlets, big mangrove NP, lots of sand and heat. Ran down length of island, used half a tank of fuel, came back. Feels dryer round here but it might be relative.
