22:30. Just been up near the railway station where the jelly-green of the lemon coriander soup (very nice) rather clashed with the signature colour of Tangerine 9, the restaurant. Was convinced to have the lobster special (R500 or EUR8) masala. In the Quail Balti school of odd bites. I'm sure the traffic is lighter here but the din is just as great. Almost walked the 2km there and back without someone spitting in my path or urinating nearby. Hah, only kidding, it's endemic.
