Tri Sea Hotel,Kanyakumari,Tamil Nadu,IN. 22:30. We rode out then started walking then thumbed a lift in a 4x4 to the tip of India and no sign of Adam's Bridge let alone Sri Lanka. Down the road we stumbled across some impressive temples unremarked on the map or in the LP or TP's Rough Guide. 2km later the chain jumped off and ripped open a drybag (how?) shredding my w'proof trousers. Grrr! Down here in time for a decent sunset.
