India! (again). That was easily the fastest border crossing I've had. Immigration and Customs both done in twenty minutes! I've stopped in the relative peace and quiet of the tea plantations rather than the noise, bustle and smell of Jaigaon itself a dramatic change from Bhutan. Close reading of the rules suggests my NE states trip might be restricted as permits are granted for groups of two or more. I'm one short.
