Have Authorization number, will get visa
I had an email this morning with my authorization number for an Iranian visa. A week ago Brits were banned and now we're in in double quick time.
A slight complication though. I had the good sense to double check that the authorization number was valid for three months as I've put down for it to be picked up in Istanbul (someone suggested it might make my application as an overlander a bit more honest). Unfortunately, the authorization number is only valid for a month! Queue a couple of emails back and forth and hopefully I can get the number transferred to London.
