Hotel Sayyid,Kashan,IR. Not a huge distance but have come down from 2300m to <1000m. Ab. was nice enough in a consistent mud clad vista-though not far from tourist trail decay and/or modernity set in. Have a nose just W of where the Natanz-Kashan hway ducks under the Kashan freeway. Something needs a lot of AA batt. incl. way back up the valley to the Ab. turning. Not that they looked enough to prevent anything.
