Just popped in here for a cup of tea and a view back over the valley from 2800m. Unfortunately, the hotel blocks large swathes of the view so I'll have to somehow stop on the really rather steep road down.
Been chatting to K cycling from Kyrg to Nepal and advised him that Manali-Leh-Srinagar might not be a good idea in Sept.
Come on clouds, shift out the way!
