An easy run through to here, the last 15km stripped to hardcore by the Chinese ready for resurfacing like the KKH.
Only on entering S-T do the Pamirs appear majestically behind. Then disappeared behind a large black cloud!
Very difficult to get a signal. Rumour is by the gate is the only place in town.
A bit chilly it has to be said.
